Trade-in
Entering a trade amount automatically includes the trade. Unchecking the box, or clearing the trade allowance, removes its payoff and tax deduction too. Net trade equity equals allowance minus payoff and reduces the deal balance once. Enter a tax deduction only if permitted; it reduces taxable price, not the purchase price or tax dollar-for-dollar.
Sales-tax estimate
Dealer enters the combined applicable percentage for this deal, including any local tax. This is the only sales-tax rate used. New builds start at 0%; enter the appropriate rate before completing the deal. Confirm boat-specific taxes, caps, exemptions and any trade credit.
Financing illustration
